- Field Superintendent
The Field Superintendent is responsible for project completion within budget, in compliance with contract specifications, with high quality, and on time. This person consults with the Project Manager, and provides recommendations as necessary to improve project performance. The Field Superintendent is the company representative at the job site, and is in charge of all operations.

- Assistant Superintendent
The Assistant Superintendent is responsible for performing and supervising the completion of all the work required throughout each of the phases of the tank building process. It is understood that the Assistant Supervisor is a hands-on supervisor and is responsible for assigning and following up on the work of others. The Assistant Superintendent works directly with the Superintendent to plan the workflow, ensure company quality and safety standards are maintained, and all deadlines are met. The Assistant Superintendent is required to provide training opportunities during the course of the project and to document training for all employees on site.

- Carpenter Foreman
The Company Carpenter Forman is responsible for performing and supervising the completion of all work required throughout the phases of the tank building process. It is understood that the Foreman is a working Foreman and is responsible for supervising the work of others. The Foreman is expected to provide training to the Company Carpenter Apprentice and non company men during the course of the project.

- Laborer Foreman

- Carpenter
The Company Carpenter is responsible for completing all work required throughout the phases of the tank building process. It is expected that the Company Carpenter has experience with all phases of the carpentry work required in tank building, and should have a working knowledge of other tasks required to build a tank.

- Pump Operator
The Pump Operator is responsible for the use and maintenance of the concrete pump and other equipment assigned to the job. The Pump Operator is an experienced Laborer and performs other duties in addition to responsibilities with equipment. Other job knowledge includes concrete mix design, basic mechanical skills and the ability to lead wire winding crews.
